We are usually active from 7am to midnight European time and process orders on weekends as well. Many orders are fulfilled quickly after payment, but if we are not available it can sometimes take a few hours.

You download directly from autodesk.com. After we assign the license to your Autodesk account, you log in and download from their official servers. This is how you know the software is genuine and unmodified.

Your subscription gives you access to all versions Autodesk currently supports - at the time of writing, that includes 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027. You choose which to install from your Autodesk portal.

Yes. Licenses are assigned to your own Autodesk account - the one you provide at checkout - and all software downloads come from Autodesk only.

Sign in to your account and open Order History to see your order number, date, payment status, and total. On supported orders you can use Download Invoice on the order detail or confirmation page for a PDF. For older purchases from our previous store, check Additional orders (legacy) in your account or contact support.

Yes. If activation fails, contact support with your order number and screenshot details so we can resolve it quickly. Autodesk publishes free diagnostic tools for licensing, sign-in, installer logs, and component updates. We curate the ones Support recommends most often (with official download links) on our Autodesk troubleshooting tools guide. Close all Autodesk products before running them, and download only from Autodesk.

Yes. Autodesk documents running supported products on Mac using virtualization (for example Parallels Desktop or VMware Fusion) or Boot Camp where Apple supports it on Intel Macs.
