The referral program is open to registered CADLicenses account holders only. One account per person. Individuals under 18 (or under the minimum age required to contract in their jurisdiction if higher) may not participate. You may not refer yourself or use your own referral link when placing your own orders. Employees, contractors, and agents of CADLicenses (and their immediate households) may not participate unless we have granted written authorization in advance.
Each eligible participant receives a referral link or code we make available after sign-in. When a new or eligible customer completes a qualifying order through that link or code, we aim to associate the order with your referral automatically. Rewards are provisional until the order is confirmed, paid, and passes our ordinary checks (including fraud review where we apply it). Attribution rules, attribution windows (including cookies or similar identifiers where applicable), and other technical mechanics are as we implement them and may vary by channel or checkout path.
A buyer may remove a referral code or welcome discount during checkout before they pay. Rewards are never guaranteed from that behaviour alone: we may still credit referral rewards based on referral traffic, timestamps, checkout records we hold in good faith, and other signals that point to a genuine referral. We may also choose not to credit a reward when fairness, fraud risk, or program rules say we should not. Our decision is final except where we offer a case-by-case reconsideration.
Current reward percentages, tiers, minimum order thresholds, ambassador score rules, tier multipliers, and referee discounts appear on our Refer & Earn page and related account screens where we publish live program details. We may change reward rates, tiers, or program mechanics at any time without notice. Rewards are calculated according to the program settings in effect at the time each qualifying order is placed, except where these terms expressly say otherwise.
No referral reward accrues for orders that fail to qualify under the rules we publish from time to time. Rewards do not apply to cancelled orders, refunded or partially refunded orders (we may claw back rewards in proportion to refunded amounts), chargebacks, revoked or clawed-back licenses where we reconcile value, duplicated or mistaken attribution, wholesale or internal partner orders excluded by us, orders that violate publisher or platform terms we enforce, orders placed in breach of these terms (including if the buyer is you or appears collusive), or transactions we reasonably treat as erroneous or abusive. Our decision on whether an order qualifies is final unless we expressly say otherwise during a reconsideration process we offer case by case.
Without limitation, you may not: spam or send unsolicited bulk messages; impersonate CADLicenses; make false or misleading statements about promotions, eligibility, licensing, VAT, Autodesk or publisher terms, or refunds; manipulate cookies, trackers, redirects, cloaking, or automated traffic to inflate attributions; use bots, scripted purchasing, fraudulent accounts, or straw buyers; misuse coupon or deal sites in ways we prohibit; interfere with attribution or payouts of other participants; or encourage anyone to circumvent these rules or our checkout integrity checks. Paid search bidding on our brand names or trademarks, or bidding that misroutes customers to deceptive landing pages without our consent, is also prohibited.
You request withdrawals through My Referrals after saving a payout profile. We typically support payouts by UK bank transfer, EU IBAN transfer, United States domestic wire instructions, or Wise, subject to eligibility and verification. We send payouts in GBP, EUR, or USD depending on the method and routing details you provide; available rails may not support every currency. Submission of a payout request triggers our review process. Typical processing times are communicated in your dashboard and may lengthen during verification, banking holidays, payment-provider holds, backlog, sanctions screening, typographical mismatches between your legal name and payout details, or where we reasonably need additional identification. Minimum withdrawal amounts or fees, where they exist, are shown alongside the payout form. Until a withdrawal is settled, credited amounts may remain reserved according to statuses we display. We may decline or postpone a payout if sanctions, fraud risk, AML requirements, unresolved chargebacks affecting related orders, or breach of these terms apply.
Rewards may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining, declaring, withholding, reporting, remitting (and documenting) any taxes or social contributions owing on amounts you earn. CADLicenses may request tax documentation (for example withholding certificates or invoices) prior to approving payout where we deem it appropriate for compliance with applicable withholding or reporting rules.
Where we reasonably suspect manipulation, concealment of material facts, circumvention of program rules, or harm to CADLicenses, customers, or partners, we may suspend or revoke participation, withhold, reverse, offset, expire, freeze, claw back referral balances, withhold pending payouts, close related accounts, escalate to processors or law enforcement, and pursue other lawful remedies permitted by contract or statute.
We may modify, suspend, geographically limit, materially change mechanics for, pause, or terminate the referral program or these Referral Program Terms at any time. Posting revised wording here together with an updated Effective date constitutes notice wherever local law allows. Rewards recorded in our systems generally remain payable subject to antifraud screening, AML and sanctions clearance, withholding rules, reversals tied to refunds or chargebacks, operational backlog or outages, lawful regulator directives, and the payout mechanics in effect when you request payout.
If you continue to share referral links or request payouts after a new Effective date, you accept that revision unless mandatory law gives you standalone rights unaffected by acceptance language.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid to you in referral rewards that are directly the subject of the dispute arising under these Referral Program Terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Referral Program Terms supplement our Terms of Service. Where the Terms of Service, checkout terms, invoices, or other contracts between you and CADLicenses specify governing law, jurisdiction, mediation, arbitration, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, appellate rights, escalation steps, timelines, confidentiality obligations, provisional relief, exhaustion obligations, or similar dispute-resolution rules, those rules apply to disputes arising under or relating to these Referral Program Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections that apply where you habitually reside when those protections cannot legally be waived.
