Refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status, activation state, and the product category. Digital products that are fully delivered and activated are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where this policy expressly allows a remaining-time refund.
Licenses are sold for a fixed term. If you ask us to cancel or remove a license after it has been delivered, unused time on that term is forfeited. Voluntary cancellations do not qualify for a prorated or remaining-time refund.
If a license cannot be provided or restored due to a continuity issue outside your control, we will first try to restore access. If that is not possible and the issue arises within 30 days of purchase, we may refund remaining time on a prorated basis. Remaining-time refunds are not available more than 30 days after purchase.
If you qualify for a remaining-time refund under this policy, submit the request within 30 days of purchase. After that date, remaining-time refunds are no longer available.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Settlement timing depends on your payment provider and can vary by region.
