These Terms of Service apply to anyone who uses this storefront or places an order with us. By voluntarily completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. You also agree to provide accurate purchase information, comply with applicable laws, and not distribute or misuse digital license material.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on fraud review, stock validation, or account verification requirements.
All software remains subject to the original publisher terms. Your purchase grants the license rights specified by the product listing and publisher agreement, not ownership of the software itself.
We are not responsible for your use of any license, license keys, or software supplied in connection with an order, nor for how the software performs or is deployed in your environment. You alone are responsible for how you install, configure, and use Autodesk products and related software, and for ensuring that use complies with Autodesk's and the publisher's applicable terms, policies, and licensing rules. You are responsible for choosing and purchasing the license type that matches your intended use—including, for example, personal versus commercial or other categories the publisher offers—and for any consequences of selecting or using a license that does not fit your situation.
Digital licenses are sold for a fixed term. Voluntary cancellation or removal after delivery forfeits unused time; remaining-time refunds are not available for voluntary cancellations. Where we cannot provide or restore a license due to a continuity issue outside your control, a prorated remaining-time refund may be considered within 30 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
